Important things to know

  • Pricing is per meeting room per month.
  • Extra charges will apply for additional hardware such as screens, trolleys and wall mounts.
  • A graduated early termination charge will apply for cancellation of the service within the contract term.
  • One NZ and some third-party applications will need access to your Microsoft 365 Tenant.
  • At the end of the initial term, hardware will be decommissioned and returned or upgraded on contract renewal.
  • There may be additional set-up costs for your location.
  • Microsoft productivity licencing is not included in Meeting Spaces, but it can be provided from One NZ for an additional charge.
  • Standard One NZ Business Terms apply.
  • Minimum network requirements and minimum licencing requirements apply as per the Service Description.

FAQs

Does Meeting Spaces include Microsoft licence?

Included in the price for this product is a Microsoft Meeting Room Premium SKU. This licence is used to connect Teams to a device in the room. The licence allows the device to participate in Teams meetings and provides insights for optimising Meetings. Employee Productivity Suite Microsoft licence is not included. Customers will need to purchase this separately, which can be provided from One NZ through the Business Marketplace.

What charges will I see on my bill?

You will see a Monthly Meeting Room Charge. These charges are the monthly charge per meeting room depending on the sizes that you have chosen.

Why are there three different room sizes?

You can mix and match depending on your hybrid work office set-up and what works best for your team. We can also create bespoke solutions to suit any customers, please request a callback.

What is the contract term?

This is a 36-month contract term.

Do we own the equipment?

As this is a service, you are required to decommission and return the equipment or renew at the end of the contract term.

Are there any minimum or maximum numbers?

No, we can flex down to providing one room.
