Important things to know

  • Smart SIP has a minimum of 4 SIP channels and a maximum of 15 SIP channels.
  • Smart SIP is available on a 24 or 36 month term.
  • $500 set up fee per site applies, waived on the 36 month term.
  • Non-standard installation charges may apply and will be discussed with you.
  • Vodafone Smart SIP services are delivered over fibre which is not available everywhere.
  • Voice Unlimited packages include standard person to person calls to NZ and Oz landlines and mobiles. Not available for auto-dialling, continuous call forwarding, outbound telesales, multiple simultaneous calling or other non-standard usage.
  • Early termination fees apply.
  • Smart SIP requires customers to be on a compatible IP based PBX.
  • Porting charges apply for bringing phone numbers (DDIs) across to the service. Cost per number: $10 one off charge and ongoing charge of $1 per month for active phone numbers and $0.50 per month for reserved phone numbers.
  • $50 per additional SIP unlimited calling channel.
  • $15 per additional SIP per minute calling channel.
  • Additional DDIs: $10 for a block of 10 or $1 each.
  • The monthly charge for additional SIP calling channels added or removed during a given month will be based on the maximum number of channels on the account during that period, and the charge will appear on the next Smart SIP invoice.
  • International calling rates and special number rates will be applied.
  • Voice per minute packages calls are charged on a minute plus second basis with a minimum charge of one minute.

  • Calling charges apply to all calls made on Voice Basic and Voice Unlimited calling channels to International, Toll Free, 0900, Audio Conferencing, Carrier Access codes, Paging Services, Direct dial to Tele-paging, Directory Assistance and International Directory Assistance, Satellite Calls (Inmarsat) and any numbers not included in the standard calling proposition.
