    Broadband
    • Fibre and VDSL are not available everywhere and a visit to your premises may be required to confirm availability.
    • If you are on a capped plan, when you reach the end of your plan’s data allowance, you will be charged $1.78 per 1GB.
    • Actual user speeds will vary and are affected by various factors including how you’re connected to the internet (using a Gigabit Ethernet cable is better than Wifi, which could have a large impact on speed), the hardware and software used, number of devices connected, time of day, and where the data is downloaded from. In really good conditions on Business Max Fibre, we expect you’ll get download speeds of 700-900Mbps and upload speeds of 400-450 Mbps.
    • If we provide services to you over the UFB network you must:

    (a) confirm that you have obtained your landlord’s consent (if you are not the property owner), to all works being undertaken at the property that may be required for you to receive the services as required by a Local Fibre Company (LFC); and

    (b) agree to be bound by the LFC (End User) Terms. These are the applicable standard terms issued by each LFC (as amended from time to time). Depending on your region, these terms may be viewed at vodafone.co.nz

    • Installation must be completed by a professional Vodafone partner.

What does ADSL, VDSL and Fibre mean?

You may hear the internet terms such as "ADSL", "VDSL" and "Fibre". These are used to describe the technology. Fibre is the future of the internet in NZ and is generally faster and more reliable - in a nut shell, get it if you can. What's important isn't the acronym, but what each of these technologies can enable for your business.
    Fast ADSL Broadband
    Fast ADSL Broadband
Internet over your copper line. Easy to install and good for emails and browsing, it’s a great option if you cannot yet get fibre at your office location.
Download a movie in 1 hour.
    Faster VDSL Broadband
    Faster VDSL Broadband
This also uses your copper connection, but gives up to 3x better speed than ADSL. Easy to install, it has better performance for watching video or accessing cloud applications with less buffering than ADSL.
Download a movie in 25 minutes.
    Super Fast Broadband Fibre
The fastest speeds available. With great reliability, it’s perfect for multiple people in the office sending files, watching video content or accessing cloud applications all at once without interruption.
Download a movie in under 10 minutes.
