How do I get my refund from Vodafone?

We’ve recently contacted a number of our former Broadband customers to let them know we owe them a refund. If you’ve received an email or letter from Vodafone please email us at with your bank account details, your name and your old Vodafone account number.

We’ve included your account number on the email and letter we’ve sent to you. If you’d rather not send us your bank account details by email, you’re welcome to call us instead on 0800 438 448 and say it’s for a 30 Day Refund.

Have your account details handy and we’ll sort out the rest. Once we’ve received and verified your details we will arrange the refund to go into your bank account within 30 days.

Things to know: - You’ll need to supply a New Zealand bank account number. Unfortunately we’re unable to process the refunds onto credit cards or overseas bank accounts. - If you’d prefer for us to donate it to a charity just let us know when you email or call us.
