There are a lot of things that can affect the speed of your internet.
On Account plans
All plans come with bundle insurance. So if you go over your data allowance, we'll automatically double your data for just $10.20 more. You don't need to do a thing. After that, additional data costs 52c per MB.
Prepay mobile broadband
If you run out of data during the month you can choose to buy a Top Up bundle. Your Top Up bundle will expire after 1 month and will be used before your primary Add-On. You can only purchase one Top Up bundle at a time

To help you manage your data use you'll receive mobile broadband data usage notifications each month. You'll receive TXT messages to your device when you reach approximately 80% and 100% usage of your monthly data bundle.
If you ever want to check your balance
On Account; Simply open the Vodafone mobile connect application on your computer, choose TXT on the SMS feature, type 'BAL' and send to 777. You can view the reply we send you, in the SMS inbox. Or login to My Vodafone
Prepay; Simply open the Vodafone mobile connect application on your computer, choose TXT on the SMS feature, type 'MY ADDONS' and send to 756. You can view the reply we send you, in the SMS inbox. Or login to My Vodafone
