Before you get started, there are a few things we need you to be aware of regarding Vodafone One Business:

 

  • Available to businesses with a minimum of 10 employees. You must have a minimum of three users.
     
  • Video conferencing, file share and screen share functionality is not available on mobile phones.
     
  • Video and audio conferencing available for up to a maximum of 5 participants on eligible devices.
     
  • Available on a 24 or 36 month term only.
     
  • Early termination charges apply if you remove 20% or more of your users.
     
  • Mobile must be on Red Share for Business smartphone connection or Red+ Business plan.
  • Mobile plan rates apply while roaming.
     
  • Vodafone One Business app requires iOS 8.0 or 9.0 or above, or Android 5.0 – 5.1.1 (Lollipop) or 6.0 – 6.1.1 (Marshmallow) or above.
     
  • You must have an eligible Vodafone access product to connect your fixed offices.
