If you’re a landline or internet customer, you’re already registered for My Vodafone or Customer zone. You’ll be automatically directed into your account when you sign in.

You can pay your Vodafone bill online, whenever and wherever it suits you. Choose to make a one-off payment, or set your credit card to automatically pay your fixed bill each month.* We’ll save your card details securely, so you don’t need to worry.
You can easily switch to email billing in My Vodafone and bills will arrive as PDFs in your inbox for easy filing. If you’d rather have a hard copy, you can choose to receive your bills by post.
*Automatic payments are activated on the next billing cycle (calendar month), so you will still be required to make a one-off payment for your current billing period.
We’ve got loads of landline phone features that help you to manage your phone calls more easily and efficiently and many of these can be added and managed in My Vodafone.
You can do things like adding Voicemail or voice messaging which takes your calls when you’re not able to and call waiting which lets you know when someone else is trying to reach you if you’re on another call. You can even set up three-way calling with people in different locations.
