Get half price SKY Sport with Vodafone

If you're on a Naked Broadband plan, a Choice Pack, or a Mega Pack, and have SKY with Vodafone, you can get SKY Sport for half price. You’ll pay just $13.17 a month (normally $26.34) on top of your standard SKY monthly subscription and your SKY joining fee is free on a 12 month term (normally $99).

Channels include: SKY Sport 1, SKY Sport 2, SKY Sport 3, SKY Sport 4 and ESPN.

*Please note: The monthly price of SKY Sport increases to $26.45 on the 1st June 2013. The half price SKY Sport offer will change to be $13.22 a month after this date.

The Rugby Channel can be added to SKY Sport for an extra $8.81. The Rugby Channel is not discounted as part of the half price SKY Sport offer.

What do I need to do to get half price SKY Sport?

You need to have:

  1. Naked Broadband, a Choice Pack, or a Mega Pack with Vodafone,
  2. Your SKY account with Vodafone - you can transfer your SKY account here or set up a new SKY account.

Can I get both the half price SKY Sport offer and the MY SKY discount?

No, if you have a monthly MY SKY discount with Vodafone, you are not eligible for half price SKY Sport. You cannot have more than one ongoing monthly SKY discount with Vodafone.

Can I get the Half price SKY Sport offer if I've got a monthly payment MY SKY HDi or MY SKY+ decoder?

No. The Half price SKY Sports offer does not apply to the monthly payment MY SKY HDi or MY SKY+ options.

If I'm on an eligible plan and already have SKY Sport, will I automatically get this discount?

Yes. If you are on an eligible plan, have a standard SKY Digital decoder or the MY SKY HDi or MY SKY+ decoder (one-off payment option) and subscribe to the SKY Sports channel then you will automatically receive the ongoing monthly discount.

How can I add on the SKY Sport channel?

You can add the SKY Sport channel by giving SKY a call on 0800 759 759, going to Channel 29 and upgrading using your SKY remote or on the SKY website once you’ve set up your SKY ID.

Does the Half Price SKY Sport offer include the Rugby Channel?

No. The Rugby Channel can be added to Sky Sport for an extra $8.81.

Things you need to know about the offer

  • You will get this offer if you are a new or existing residential Vodafone fixed broadband customer on Naked Broadband or an eligible home phone and broadband pack and you receive your SKY subscription through us.
  • If you are an existing SKY subscriber, transfer your subscription to Vodafone and sign up to Naked Broadband or an eligible home phone and broadband pack you are also eligible for this offer.
  • Eligible plans for this offer are: Choice Naked, Mega Naked, Chocka Naked, Choice Pack, Mega Pack.
  • Your Vodafone fixed broadband and SKY accounts must have the same account holder name and address.
  • The half price SKY Sport offer is only available while you remain on an eligible plan and have your standard SKY subscription through Vodafone. SKY Sport is normally $26.34 a month.

  • You will only receive the SKY Sports discount once per month; regardless of how many decoders you have.
