Topping up your Prepay balance

• To keep your mobile number active, you need to make sure you top up regularly.
• All Prepay Top ups are valid for 365 days.
• If you don't Top up within the applicable expiry period, you will lose any remaining balance. Your mobile number will be deactivated, and recycled for someone else to use.
• We'll attempt to TXT you to remind you if you need to make a top up, so you should have plenty of notice.
• The minimum top up amount is $20. All Prepay top ups must be in a whole dollar amounts.
