Retired - Dial Up Internet (Telstraclear)

Dial-up services ended in May 2021. You will no longer be able to connect to the internet via Dial-up connection.
Dial-up internet used a 56k modem and a phone line to create a connection and its primary job was to convert digital information into an analogue signal to travel over a normal telephone line.

What should you do if you use Dial-up and want to keep an internet connection?

If you’d like to keep an internet connection at your property, or have any questions, then please give us a call on 0800 000 047 and one of our friendly team will be able to talk you through all the best options for your circumstances.
