Important things to know

Alert bell
  • You will start to receive your credits in month 2 of your contract term. Although if you join in the last 3 days of the month your credits will start in month 3
  • We will catch you up on any credits missed for the first 1-2 months in month 11 so we make sure you'll get all your credits for the whole 12 months
  • For multiple Mobile Broadband Mini plans and eligible Smart plans, the $20 discount will apply for each Mobile Broadband Mini and eligible Smart plan pair
 

Important things to know

  • You need to be on an eligible On Account mobile plan, see the full list of eligible plans
  • Your mobile broadband plan and mobile plan must be on the same customer account number to qualify for the Broadband Mini credit
  • If you cancel your mobile plan your Broadband Mini plan will increase from $10 a month to $20 a month
  • If you cancel your Broadband Mini plan you will no longer receive the credit
  • When the 12 month offer period ends you will pay $30 per month for your Broadband Mini plan

What can I do with 512MB per month?

Here's an example:

• browse for up to 2 hours a day,
• send/receive 30 emails a day,
• download 15 songs, and
• share 12 photos online.

It's easy to stay in control of how much you spend on data

If you’ve used 512MB of data before the end of your month you’ll be given the option to:

• buy 1GB for $20, or
• pay 11c per MB casual rate, or
• wait until your plan renews next month.
