Switch to email billing and win

Instead of receiving your Vodafone mobile bill in the post you can now switch to email billing and receive it as a PDF straight to your inbox. This means you'll receive your bill faster plus it's easier to file and store your online bills. It's simple to switch to email billing and you can do it online now.

With email billing:

  • Your Vodafone mobile bill will be emailed to your inbox each month and you can also opt in to get a monthly TXT message reminder.
  • You'll be able to check your current and previous bills (up to 13 months) at our secure website, 24 hours a day.
  • You can track the average amount of your bill over a 13-month period so you can monitor your spend.
  • You're helping the environment by reducing the amount of paper we use.
How to switch

To switch to email billing just sign in to 'My account', select 'How your bill is sent', choose 'by email' and enter your email address. If you have multiple Vodafone accounts you will need to switch each one.
