In order to roam to some destinations* you will need to swap your current SIM card for a new one - but don't worry, this is easy!
Simply enter your mobile phone number into the form above and follow the instructions. Then we'll send you a new extended roaming SIM card. Alternatively you can visit the Vodafone stores at Auckland or Christchurch airport.
When you get the new SIM card please call 777 using your existing SIM card and speak to a customer services representative. They will ask you to quote the number on the back of your new SIM card, then your new card will be activated and you'll be told what to do. Simple.
Your phone number will remain the same. But if you store your contacts on your SIM you will need to transfer them to your new SIM. Find out how.
