Things you need to know

• You can only have one Add-On at a time. Add-Ons last 1 calendar month and renew until cancelled. Vodafone Prepay Terms and Conditions apply.
• Stated bundles apply when you sign up by June 30th, 2013. After this date, providing you have sufficient credit your Add-On will continue to renew monthly with the same bundle of minutes,TXTs and data. If you cancel your Add-On or your credit is insufficient to renew, you will no longer be able to receive or purchase the stated bundle.
• If your Add-On is unable to renew, it will go on hold for up to 14 days. After 14 days it will be removed from your account. You cannot use or alter your Add-On while it is on hold, but you can cancel it.
• You can cancel your Add-On anytime from or by freeTXTing cancel <Add-On name> e.g. FreeTXT cancel Smart19Data to 756. Once cancelled your Add-On will be removed from your account when it is due to renew.
• To check your Add-On balance sign in to or free TXT My Add-Ons to 756.
• Calls are rounded up to the next minute. For example, if your call is 1 minute and 40 seconds, your allowance will reduce by two minutes.
• Calls made using any of the following services will be charged at the usual rates, and deducted from your Prepay balance:
• International numbers;
• Special or premium numbers (e.g. 0900);
• Voice services (e.g. 018, voicemail);
• Data calls and usage;
• Video calling;
• Roaming services.
• If you nominate a landline as your NZBestMate you will not be able to use your TXT allowance. A fee may apply to change your NZBestMate.
• TXT messages are limited to 160 characters. If your TXT exceeds this limit, it will be sent as two or more TXTs and applicable charges apply.
• If you top up while the Add-On is on hold, it will be automatically reactivated and the price will be deducted from your Prepay balance, provided you top up enough to cover any outstanding IOUs. Your Add-On will reactivate from the date of your top up. Standard rates will apply if your Add-On is on hold or removed from your account.
