

A bit of information about your current plan & mobile.
If you're on a monthly plan with your current provider, we'll need your account number
If you're on a Prepay plan with your current provider we'll need either the serial number of your SIM or your mobile phone

A GSM mobile you can use on the Vodafone network and an active Vodafone Prepay SIM pack
Please note: If you have a new Vodafone Prepay SIM pack, you'll need to call 777 to activate it before submitting your port request.
Sign up for Vodafone Online ID - there you'll be able to check the progress of your mobile number port and manage your Vodafone mobile services in the future.
Complete and submit the online porting form
Your number will be transferred
We'll contact your existing provider to organise the port. We'll send you a TXT once your port is complete
The port takes approximately three business hours from the time you submit your request online
During the port there will be a 30 minute period where you may not be able to make or receive calls, this is when the port is taking place. We'll send you a TXT once your port is complete
You can submit a port request at any time online, but transfers are only processed during working hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and take approximately three hours to process.
