When moving from Vodafone Prepay to Vodafone On Account you can now keep the same mobile number. You can do this switch via the Vodafone Online Shop or at a Vodafone retail store.
Visit the Vodafone Online Shop. Here you will be able to move your current Vodafone Prepay mobile number to one of our best ever On Account plans – Talker, TXTer or Mega.
Or pop along to your nearest Vodafone retail store and tell them you'd like to move your existing mobile number from Vodafone Prepay to a Vodafone On Account plan.
The Vodafone service representative will work though the process with you, and have this change completed within a few minutes.
When moving to a Vodafone On Account plan there are a few simple formalities that our staff will help you with including signing up to Vodafone's terms and conditions, a Vodafone On Account plan and having a credit check.
You can pop into a Vodafone retail store to move your mobile number Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. If the store rep starts your move at 5pm, it may take until the next morning to complete the process.
If you have moved your number from On Account to Prepay or Prepay to On Account you will be unable to do Mobile Number Transfer or Transfer of Title in the future.

Just visit your nearest Vodafone retail store to sign up for your best You Choose option, and check out our range of Add-Ons to make your plan the perfect fit.
Your new You Choose plan and any Add-Ons will take over from your old plan on the date of your next monthly account.
You can upgrade or downgrade your current plan at any time. If you downgrade within 6 months of the start of your term, there will be an associated charge.
After the first 6 months of your current term, you are free to change to any You Choose plan without incurring a fee. To change plans visit your nearest Vodafone store or call 777 from your mobile.
Your new Choose plan will replace your old plan on the date of your next monthly account. New Add-Ons will take effect immediately and be pro-rated for the rest of your billing month. Add-On changes or removals will take effect from your next billing cycle.
If your plan is no longer right for you, please call Customer Service on 777 from your mobile. They can determine if an alternative plan will suit you and your business better, and help make that change.

If you'd like to transfer to You Choose from a Mobilise, talkZone or talkZoneZero plan, call us on 777 free from your Vodafone mobile. It shouldn't be a problem.
If you want to upgrade your existing plan to a higher level, just let us know. The change will take effect from your next billing cycle.
If your usage falls, you can downgrade within 6 months of initially selecting your plan, but there will be an associated charge on some downgrades:

If your people are on a set of Mobilise plans, you can easily switch some or all of them over to talkZone or talkZoneZero. The switch takes effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.
If you're already on talkZone or talkZoneZero and you find your company-wide mobile usage changes, we're more than happy to upgrade you to one of our higher value plans, such as talkZone 1500. Call us on 777 from your Vodafone mobile, and we'll arrange an appointment with one of our Vodafone Business Consultants.
When moving from a Vodafone On Account plan to Vodafone Prepay you can now keep the same mobile number. You can do this move at a Vodafone retail store.
Pop along to your nearest Vodafone retail store and tell them you'd like to move your existing mobile number from a Vodafone On Account plan to Vodafone Prepay.
The Vodafone service representative will work though the process with you, and have this change completed within a few minutes.
Remember, if you're on a contract plan such as Mobilise or You Choose, you may incur Early Termination Charges. Check the details of your plan, or see our FAQ's for more information.
If you have moved your number from On Account to Prepay or Prepay to On Account you will be able to do a Number flexibility in the future
If changing plan via TXT, you will be changed over to your new plan almost immediately and sent a confirmation by TXT.
Remember you can't change plan if you're in IOU.
Changing to Supa is easy, just TXT "Supa" free to 756 and follow the instructions you get back.
Any credit you transfer from a Classic Prepay plan will be valid for 365 days from the day you last topped up.
After you've changed to Supa, free TXT "ADDONINFO" free to 756 to find out about Add-Ons like BestMate and TXT2000.
From 1 August you will not longer be able to change to Prepay Anytime, Nights & Weekends or Motormouth plans.
If you want to upgrade your existing Mobilise data plan to a higher level, just let us know. The change will take effect from your next billing cycle.
If your usage falls, you can also downgrade your plan at any time.
Please note: if you are in a fixed term and downgrade there will be an associated charge.
As well as being able to change your Vodafone Prepay mobile number to a Vodafone On Account plan, or vice versa you can also port your mobile number from another service provider to Vodafone.
