You can top up your Prepay balance in lots of ways: but the fastest and easiest ways are online with your credit card or through your bank using Hotlink on your mobile.
To keep your mobile number active, you need to make sure you top up regularly.
All Supa Prepay Top ups are valid for 365 days.
If you don't Top up within the applicable expiry period, you will lose any remaining balance. Your mobile number will be deactivated, and recycled for someone else to use.
We'll attempt to TXT you to remind you if you need to make a top up, so you should have plenty of notice.
The minimum top up amount is $20. All Prepay top ups must be in a whole dollar amounts.
