On Supa Prepay call anyone in New Zealand or our top 15
overseas countries anytime (including any mobile network or landline)
for just 89c per minute. Excludes calls to special or premium numbers
(such as 018 & 0900, voicemail calls, data calls or calls to a
Vodafone Customer Services Representative) & calls made whilst
roaming overseas.
Top 15 countries are: Australia, UK, Ireland, USA, Canada,
China, India, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea,
Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Calling and video calling is charged on a minute by minute
basis.
TXTs sent to other networks in New Zealand are charged
at 20 cents per message. TXTs sent from New Zealand to international
destinations are 30 cents per TXT.
All other services are charged at standard Prepay rates.
Until notified, national video calls on Supa Prepay are
89c per minute. International video calls are $1.99 per minute.
Pay $2 to talk for up to 2 hours when calling a mobile
on the Vodafone network in NZ, during nights and weekends. Excludes
calls to all other numbers, calls made whilst roaming overseas and
video calls.
Nights and weekends are 7pm to 7am Monday to Friday and
all weekend (12.01am Saturday to 11:59pm Sunday)
Eligible calls will be charged at standard Supa Prepay
rate of 89c per minute until the cost of the call reaches $2.
Nothing will be charged for subsequent minutes until the
call length reaches 2 hours.
If the length of a call exceeds 2 hours, charging will
recommence as per the standard rate of the Supa Prepay pricing plan.
If your call is cut off for any reason and you need to
re-dial, your call will be treated as starting a new call.
Purchase BestMate, BestMates 2 or BestMates 3 on Supa Prepay
and call, TXT and video call, as much as you like to up to three nominated
numbers on the Vodafone mobile network. This includes national calls,
txts and video calls to eligible mobiles.
With BestMate you can nominate one mobile number on the
Vodafone network as your best mate for $6 a month. With BestMates
2 you can nominate two mobile numbers on the Vodafone network as your
best mates for $12 a month. And with BestMates 3 you can nominate
three numbers on the Vodafone network as your best mates for $18 a
month. All prices include GST.
The BestMate, Bestmates 2 or Bestmates 3 Add-On is charged
at the time of subscription and renews every calendar month, either
while sufficient Supa Prepay balance is available or until cancelled.
If you have insufficient balance and your Add-On fails
to renew, the Add-On will go on hold for up to 14 days from the date
the Add-On was to renew. You cannot use the Add-On, change your BestMates
number(s), or alter the Add-On in any other way, while the Add-On
is on hold. You can cancel the Add-On while it is on hold.
If you topup while the Add-On is on hold, it will be automatically
reactivated and the price will be deducted from your Prepay balance,
provided you topup enough to cover any outstanding IOUs and other
on hold Add-Ons you may have. If you do not make a topup within 14
days that is sufficient to reactivate your on hold Add-On, your Add-On
will be removed from your Prepay, and you'll need to buy the Add-On
again.
When you topup, outstanding IOUs and/or on hold Add-Ons
will be charged in this order (as applicable): IOU, BestMates 3, BestMates
2, BestMate, TXT2000, other charged Add-Ons. If you do not make a
topup that is sufficient to reactivate all your on hold Add-Ons, the
remaining Add-Ons will stay on hold for up the remainder of the 14
day on hold period.
If you want to buy a higher priced Add-On than the one
you already have, Vodafone will charge you the new add-on amount less
the unused part of your original Add-On. The following month we will
then charge you the full monthly fee for your new Add On.
For example, if you already have a BestMate Add On
which renews on the 3rd of the month and you want to buy a BestMates
2 Add On on the 15th of the month, well calculate what you haven't
used first, take this off the price of the new Add-On and then apply
a single charge to your account. This means you'll pay between $6
and $12 when upgrading from BestMate to BestMates 2 and between $12
and $18 when upgrading from BestMates 2 to BestMates 3.
You can change to a lower priced BestMates Add On by cancelling
your current BestMates Add On. If you decide to cancel your BestMates
Add On part way through a month, your BestMates Add On will continue
to be active until it expires on its renewal date. You will not receive
a credit as you can still use your Add-On. You cannot purchase a new
BestMates Add On until your cancelled BestMates Add On has expired.
It is $3 to change your BestMate (a nominated Vodafone
NZ mobile number) during a given month. You will be charged to change
a number that is not an eligible BestMate number. You are responsible
for ensuring that you set up the correct number for your Best Mate.
You can have only one BestMates Add-On per month at any
one time.
Not available whilst roaming overseas.
If your BestMate moves their number to another network,
they can no longer be your Vodafone BestMate. We will let you know
if your BestMate leaves the Vodafone Network, but unless you cancel
your BestMate AddOn we will continue to charge you the monthly subscription
fee
If you transfer off the Supa Prepay plan you will forfeit
the BestMates Add-On, and any benefits associated with the Add-On.
Add-Ons are non-refundable.
Purchase TXT2000 on Supa Prepay for $10 a month and get
2000 Vodafone NZ to Vodafone NZ TXTs. Includes 2000 national TXTs
sent to a mobile on the Vodafone network. If you have TXTs remaining
under TXT2000 you will not be charged for national TXTs sent to mobiles
on the Vodafone network. Excludes TXTs sent to all other networks
and is not available for international TXTs or whilst roaming overseas.
TXT2000 Add-On is charged at the time of subscription and
renews every calendar month, either while sufficient Supa Prepay balance
is available or until cancelled

You can have only one TXT2000 Add-On per month.
Additional TXTs, and TXTs sent to other networks in New
Zealand are charged at 20 cents per message. TXTs sent from New Zealand
to international destinations are 30 cents per TXT.
You must be on Vodafones Supa Prepay plan and have opted-in
for Free Weekends to be eligible to receive Free Weekends.
To opt in, TXT GET FW to 756. There is no charge for opting
in.
Once you have opted-in, if you reach the relevant Eligible
Spend amount between 00.01am Monday to 23.59pm Friday (Period) you
will receive a one-off Free Weekend from 00.01am Saturday to 23.59pm
Sunday.
Eligible Spend is the amount you spend on calls, video
calls and TXTs to New Zealand or overseas mobiles or landlines during
the period.
Eligible Spend excludes Top Ups and the purchase cost or
monthly charge of BestMates & TXT2000 Add-Ons.
Eligible Spend also excludes one-off service charges, e.g.
changes to BestMate numbers, calls to 0900, charges incurred while
roaming overseas, Vodafone Live!, calls or TXT messages to shortcodes,
charged TXT services e.g. TXT2Park, data calls, browsing and downloading,
charges or subscriptions for any incoming TXT or PXT, and other special
service charges or adjustments.
If your Eligible Spend is between $5 and $10 in a Period,
your Free Weekend will be free Vodafone NZ to Vodafone NZ TXTs. This
includes only TXTs sent to mobiles on the Vodafone NZ network. TXTs
to other mobile networks in New Zealand and overseas will be charged
at Supa Prepay rates.
If your Eligible Spend is $10 or above in a Period, your
Free Weekend will be free Vodafone NZ to Vodafone NZ voice calls and
TXTs. This includes only calls or TXTs made to mobiles on the Vodafone
NZ network and excludes calls to voiceMail. All other calls and TXTs
to other mobile or landline networks in New Zealand and overseas will
be charged at Supa Prepay rates.
If your BestMates or TXT2000 Add-On is purchased or renews
on a Free Weekend the purchase cost or monthly charge still applies.
Free calls and/or TXTs on the weekend are not deducted
from BestMates or TXT2000 Add-Ons.
Free calls or TXTs on the weekend are not applicable while
roaming overseas and also exclude calls to 0900, calls or TXT messages
to shortcodes, TXT services such as TXT2Park, data calls, charges
or subscriptions for incoming TXT or PXT. You will be charged the
standard rates for these services at all times.
If you transfer off the Supa Prepay plan you will immediately
forfeit Free Weekends.
To opt-out of Free Weekends, TXT CANCEL FW to 756. If you
opt-out of Free Weekends, cancellation with take effect at midnight
of the Sunday after you have opted-out.
Free Weekends may only be used for private non-commercial
use and is not for resale or for non-voice services.
Vodafone may withdraw, extend, suspend or amend Free Weekends
at any time.
