Direct debit is a simple, no hassle way to pay your bill. To set up your direct debit, download the applicable direct debit form, print it, complete it and post it back to us. Your bank needs the actual document with your signature, so don't fax it.
For fixed line and broadband customers, your bill will be paid on the 25th of the month, for mobile customers your bill will be paid on the due date specific to your account (unless you tell us otherwise 2 days before the due date).
It can take several weeks to load your Direct Debit Authority onto your account. Please continue to pay via your current method until you receive at the bottom of your invoice confirmation of your deduction via your new preferred payment method.
