Breaking your You Choose contract

If your needs have changed and you want to end or change your You Choose or 12 month SIMple contract, we'll do everything we can to help - but there may be fees

When do fees apply?

• Termination - cancelling your contract.
• Term changes - changing to a different plan or a different term.
• Early re-sign - renewing your You Choose contract early.

What are the termination fees?

The size of the fee depends on how early you're cancelling and how many mobiles are involved.

Term changes

Plan transfer fees only apply if you downgrade your plan in the first 6 months of your current term

Early re-sign fees

Sometimes it makes sense to renew your Vodafone contract before it ends. If that's possible on your contract, an early re-sign fee may apply.

• 12 Month Contracts - Early re-signs are not possible until you have completed 10 months of your 12 month contract. Early re-signs are possible in months 11 and 12 without charge.
• 24 Months - Early re-signs are not possible in the first 12 months. An early re-sign fee of $150 will apply from months 13 to 18 if you choose to re-sign onto a NEW term. Early re-signs are possible after 18 months without charge.
• 36 Months - Early re-signs are not possible in the first 18 months. An early re-sign fee of $150 will apply from months 19 to 24 if you choose to re-sign onto a NEW term. Early re-signs are possible after 24 months without charge.
