What are the fees? - Termination

The size of the fee depends on how early you're cancelling, and how many mobiles are involved.

Early re-sign fees

Sometimes it makes sense to renew your Vodafone contract before it ends. If that's possible on your contract, an early re-sign fee may apply.

  • 12 Month Contracts - Early re-signs are not possible until you have completed 10 months of your 12 month contract. Early re-signs are possible in months 11 and 12 without charge.
  • 24 Months - Early re-signs are not possible in the first 12 months. An early re-sign fee of $150 will apply from months 13 to 18 if you choose to re-sign onto a NEW term, however you will not receive a handset subsidy if you re-sign during this period. . Early re-signs are possible after 18 months without charge.
  • 36 Months - Early re-signs are not possible in the first 18 months. An early re-sign fee of $150 will apply from months 18 to 24 if you choose to re-sign onto a NEW term, however you will not receive a handset subsidy if you re-sign during this period. Early re-signs are possible after 24 months without charge.
