BestMate gets you a stack of minutes and TXTs for up to 3 BestMates on the Vodafone NZ network. Depending on whether you have 1, 2 or 3 BestMates you can get the Add-On that is perfect for you.

BestMates2000 and BestMates3000 minutes and TXTs can be used across any of your nominated BestMate numbers. For example on BestMates2000, you can use 1500 minutes to one number and 500 to the other.

Online: Sign in to My Account, select My Add-Ons from the navigation. Where you can also change your BestMate nominated numbers as well.
On your mobile: free TXT MYADDONS to 756.
On your mobile: On your mobile: Call 777 and select 1 to hear your Add-On balances.
We'll TXT you when you're close to using up your TXTs or mins. And, if you have used them all up, we'll let you know that you're moving onto standard TXT and calling rates for your plan.
With BestMate, you can choose up to 3 BestMates on the Vodafone NZ network to call, TXT and video call from within NZ whenever you like.
As long as you have enough credit on your Supa Prepay balance, you will keep paying for BestMate without having to renew it.
Supa Prepay calls are rounded up to the next minute. That means if you talk for 1 minute and 45 seconds, your available BestMate minutes will reduce by 2 minutes.
If you don't have enough credit when your BestMate Add-On is due to renew, we will place your Add-On on hold for up to 14 days. If you top up within those 14 days your Add-On will automatically renew, provided the amount you top up is enough to cover any outstanding IOUs as well as Add-Ons you have. You won't be able to use, or change (other than cancel) an Add-On while it is on hold.
If you no longer want your BestMate Add-On you can cancel it online in My Account or, TXT 'CANCEL BESTMATE' to 756. If you want to change a BestMate number it will cost you $3 each time you make a change.
For $6 per month, with BestMate1000 you get up to 1000 minutes to call or video call plus 1000 TXTs to one Vodafone mobile number on the Vodafone network anytime, from within New Zealand.
For $12 per month, with BestMates2000 you get up to 2000 minutes to call or video call plus 2000 TXTs across 2 Vodafone mobile numbers on the Vodafone network anytime, from within New Zealand.
For $18 per month, with BestMates3000 you get up to 3000 minutes to call or video call plus 3000 TXTs across 3 Vodafone mobile numbers on the Vodafone network anytime, from within New Zealand.
For BestMates2000 and BestMates3000, minutes and TXTs can be used across any nominated BestMate numbers. For example on BestMates2000, you can use 1500 minutes to one number and 500 to the other.
If you choose to change your BestMate Add-On, you will be charged the new Add-On amount, less the unused part of your original BestMate Add-On - which is calculated on the number of days your original Add-On had remaining. The following month you will then pay the full monthly fee for your new BestMate Add-On.
You can change to a lower priced BestMate Add-On by canceling your current BestMates Add-On. The original Add-On will finish at the end of the month and then drop off your account. You will then need to purchase the lower priced BestMate Add-On and set up the BestMate number.
For charging purposes, Supa Prepay calls are rounded up to the next minute. That means, if your call lasts 1 minute 45 seconds your BestMate Add-On will reduce by 2 minutes.
You cannot purchase a new BestMate Add-On until your cancelled BestMate Add-On has expired.
There is a $3 charge to change your nominated BestMate.
You can have only one BestMate Add-On at a time.
If your nominated BestMate moves to another network, they can no longer be your Vodafone BestMate. We will let you know if your BestMate leaves the Vodafone network, but unless you cancel your BestMate Add-On we will continue to charge you the monthly subscription fee until you cancel it.
