What are my options and will there be a fee?

Good news! Even if you're within your contract term it may not cost you anything to change from your existing plan to a new one. Call our customer service centre on 777 from mobile or 0800 800 021 from landline 24/7 to find out more.

You have heaps of options! Because your contract has ended you can change to a new plan anytime you like. If you sign up to a new contract you could upgrade to brand new smartphone or get a discount on your monthly plan price.

How will I know if my plan has switched over?

We can normally switch you from your existing plan onto a new plan over the phone. Your first bill will include partial charges and any applicable change fees.

What you need

To change plans, you'll need:

  • Your 4-digit PIN
  • To be the account holder or be authorized to make changes if you're not the account holder

How do I know which plan I'm on?

You'll find the name of your plan on your bill or sign into My Account and select Manage this mobile/device. If you can't find it call us on 777 or visit your nearest Vodafone store.
