SIMple plans – Things you need to know

  • If you're on a SIMple plan with a 1 month contract, you must give 1 month's notice prior to ending your contract. There is no charge to end a 1 month contract.
  • If you're on a SIMple plan with a 12 month contract you'll get double the plans minutes while you remain on the SIMple plan, including after your contract ends.
  • You'll get 1 BestMate while you remain on the SIMple plan, including after your contract ends.
  • You can add the BestMates, Vodafone Family or Your Time Add-Ons to your SIMple plan.
  • If you use all the minutes included in your plan you'll be charged $0.81 per minute if you're on the SIMple TXTer 60 plan or $0.71 per minute if you're on the SIMple TXTer 120 plan.
  • You can check your balance by TXTing BAL to 777 or sign into My Account. Register for My Account now.
  • SIMple plans are not eligible for a handset discount. If you're interested in getting a handset discount check out our smart plans.
