Voicemail is your personal answerphone. Calls go to voicemail whenever your phone is busy, or not available. You only pay a flat fee of 20c each time you call voicemail to retrieve messages, no matter how long it takes.

If you need to reset your PIN, freecall 701 or 702 from your mobile. Only share your PIN with people you trust to access your messages, change your PIN regularly and delete your messages when you've finished with them. All messages within the voicemail system are kept for a maximum of 10 days, after which they are deleted.
Call 707 from your Vodafone mobile. Or, you can call 021 700 700 from a landline (+64 21 700 700 from overseas) - using a landline you will be asked to enter your Vodafone mobile number and your 4-digit PIN.
