Important things to know when you re-sign with Vodafone
  • If your needs change and you want to end or change your current contract, there may be fees. You Choose Termination charges apply.
  • When re-signing your new plan and any Add–Ons will take over from your old plan on the date of your next monthly account. New Add–Ons will take effect immediately and be pro–rated for the rest of your billing month.
  • Plan cancellation and transfer fees apply:
    • You can upgrade or downgrade your On Account plan at any time. If you down grade within 6 months of the start of your term, there will be an associated charge.
    • After the first 6 months of your current term, you are free to switch to any On Account plan without incurring a fee. To switch plans, visit your nearest Vodafone store or call 777 from your mobile.
  • A free BestMate is included on the following On Account plans – Starter, TXTer, Talker and Mega. Easy Plans do not include a free BestMate.
