You can receive your monthly bill by email or TXT, instead of by post, and pay it online. Set up your email bill here.

Pay your bill online now with a debit or credit card. It's simple, secure and you don't have to register for My Account.

From My account

Sign into , where you can either make a one-off credit card payment or setup a recurring credit card or direct debit payment. If you're new to My account, you can register for My account easily.

One-off bill payment from my bank account

Sign in to your bank's website and follow the online prompts.

We're registered with most major banks so Vodafone may be available for selection in the payee list. If so please select Vodafone New Zealand (Mobile). Allow a minimum of 2 working days for the payment to appear on your account.

Enter the following information into the payee fields*:

  • Particulars: Enter the name on your account
  • Code: Enter the 9 digit account number from the top of your bill
  • Reference: Enter your mobile phone number

*To ensure your payment is processed correctly please provide the correct information in the payee fields.

Pay with my mobile phone

Smartphone

Browse to m.vodafone.co.nz on your smartphone and click on My account, sign in and then click on Pay my bill.

iPhone

Download our free My account for iPhone app from the iTunes app store or TXT APP to 898 and weíll send you a direct link to the App store.

Note: You must be registered for My account before you can use My account on your smartphone or download the My account for iPhone App. Register for My account now.

Pay by phone

Call Vodafone

If you have a Visa, Visa Debit Card or MasterCard call us from your Vodafone mobile on 777 and follow the voice prompts > option 1 > option 2 > option 2.

Pay in person

At NZ Post

Take your bill to any NZ Post shop and pay by cash, EFTPOS or cheque. Please make sure you take your most current bill with you.

Pay by post

By post

Send us a cheque in the envelope provided with your bill. Write your Vodafone mobile number on the back of your cheque and enclose the tear-off payment advice from your bill.

Direct debit from your bank account or credit card is a simple, safe and convenient way to pay your bill. Once it's set up, your monthly bill will be paid automatically on the due date.

You'll receive your bill before it's due to be paid. If you have an enquiry about your bill contact us at least two days before the due date.

  • Option 1: Sign in to My Account, select payment options and set up your direct debit
  • Option 2: Download, complete and sign the Variable Credit Card (VCC) form and post to the address provided or scan and email to nzcustomerpayments@vodafone.com

*Please use one of our other payment channels until you receive confirmation on your bill that the direct debit from your bank account or credit card has been set up.

Automatic payments from your bank**

Set an automatic payment for a fixed amount on fixed dates from your bank account**. Download the automatic payment form, complete it and take it to your bank.

**It will take a minimum of 2 working days for payments made directly from your bank account to Vodafone to appear on your account.
