

Sign into My account, where you can either make a one-off credit card payment or setup a recurring credit card or direct debit payment.
Sign in to your bank's website and follow the online prompts.
We're registered with most major banks so Vodafone may be available for selection in the payee list. If so please select Vodafone Fixed Line & Broadband.
*To ensure your payment is processed correctly please provide the correct information in the payee fields.

We're set up on all major New Zealand bank systems. Simply follow the voice prompts on your bank's phone banking system. Please allow a minimum of 2 working days for the payment to appear on your account.

Take your bill to any NZ Post shop and pay by cash, EFTPOS or cheque. Please make sure you take your most current bill with you.

Send us a cheque in the envelope provided with your bill. Write your complete Vodafone Account Number, located on the top of your bill, on the back of your cheque and enclose the tear-off payment advice from your bill.

Direct debit from your bank account or credit card is a simple, safe and convenient way to pay your bill. Once it's set up, your monthly bill will be paid automatically on the due date.
You'll receive your bill before it's due to be paid. Contact us at least two days before the due date if you have an enquiry about your bill.
*Please use one of our other payment channels until you receive confirmation on your bill that the direct debit from your bank account or credit card has been set up.
Set an automatic payment for a fixed amount on fixed dates from your bank account**. Download the automatic payment form, complete it and take it to your bank.
**It will take a minimum of 2 working days for payments made directly from your bank account to Vodafone to appear on your account.
