Make the most of SKY with Vodafone

There are loads of things you can do to make sure you're making the most of SKY with Vodafone. Anything from adding a new decoder to your service, setting your SKY decoder to record a programme while you're out and about, to booking a pay-per-view movie.

Vodafone Pay Per View Event

Pay-per-view movies & SKY ARENA Events

There are many ways to book. Select the one that's most suitable for you:

From your SKY remote

If you're on one of our Vodafone packs (not Naked broadband) you can book a Pay-per-view or SKY ARENA Event directly from your SKY remote. Here are instructions on how to book your programme on the SKY website.

From the SKY TV app

If you have an iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Android or Windows smartphone or tablet, you can book a Pay-per-view or SKY ARENA Event using the SKY TV app. Download the Android SKY TV App , or  download the SKY TV App for iOS devices , or  SKY TV App for Windows .

From SKY's My Account

You can also book a movie or SKY ARENA Event from  My Account on the SKY website .

Call Vodafone

If you can't book using one of the above methods, then give us a call on 0800 438 448.

Add or remove SKY Premium Channels and packages

Want to add or remove SKY Movies, SKY Sport, SoHo, Rialto Channel or any of the other great packages or special channels?

From SKY's My Account

You can add SKY channels and packages from  My Account on the SKY website .

Call Vodafone

If you can't add SKY Premium Channels using the SKY website, or want to remove channels, call us on 0800 438 448.

 

MySKY+

Upgrade your SKY decoder or add another decoder for Multiroom

If you have an old SKY decoder, you may like to upgrade to MY SKY HDi or MY SKY+.

MY SKY HDi lets you pause and rewind live TV plus record your favourite shows.

MY SKY+ has all the same benefits as MySKY HDi but with four times the capacity for recording shows and movies.

Upgrade

To upgrade your SKY decoder, Sign in to My Vodafone select SKY with Vodafone from the left-hand menu and follow the instructions. Or just give us a call on 0800 438 448.

Add another decoder for Multiroom

You can buy an additional SKY decoder online - simply Sign in to My Vodafone select SKY with Vodafone from the left-hand menu and follow the steps. Or just give us a call on 0800 438 448.

Your additional SKY decoder can be located in any room in your house, and you'll receive all the same channels you get on your first decoder PLUS you'll receive one HD Access Ticket for free (normally $9.99).

Record SKY programmes from anywhere

Remote Record lets you record a SKY programme on your MY SKY decoder from your internet-connected PC, tablet or smartphone:

From the SKY App

If you have an iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Android or Windows smartphone or tablet you can record a programme when you're not in front of your TV using the SKY App. Download the Android SKY TV App , or download the SKY TV App for iOS devices , or SKY TV App for Windows .

From SKY's My Account

You can record a SKY programme from My Account on the SKY website . If you haven't registered for SKY's My Account, you'll need to do that first.

 


General queries

Billing queries or SKY with Vodafone enquiries

If you have any SKY billing queries or non-technical questions about your SKY with Vodafone services, the first port of call is My Vodafone. Sign in to My Vodafone and you can see copies of previous bills or select SKY with Vodafone from the left hand menu and you'll see the list of SKY services you currently have with Vodafone. Alternatively, give us a call on 0800 438 448, we're happy to help.

Unsubscribe to a SKY magazine

If you would like to cancel your subscription to SKY Watch or SKY Sport The Magazine, just give us a call on 0800 438 448.

Technical queries

If you have any technical enquires to do with your SKY services - from things like blank screens, weather causing issues, or sound problems, it's best to try the following steps first before calling.

  • Double check for any loose cables then
  • Unplug the decoder (SKY box) from the power point. When you do this the light on the front of the decoder should go out
  • Wait 1 minute or more
  • Plug the decoder back into the power point. Check that all of the leads plugged into the back of the decoder are in firmly
  • Wait for the decoder to reset
  • Please try this twice and if after the second attempt your service is not fixed.
