If you decide that Mobile Broadband is not
for you due to coverage issues, you can return your Vodafone Vodem
stick, Vodafone Mobile Connect card, Dell Inspiron Mini 9 Netbook
or Acer Aspire One Netbook to the store you purchased it within 14
days of being connected. Note, if you purchased online, you can call
us on 0800 837 867 within 14 business days of receiving your goods to
arrange for it to be returned under the Online Shop returns terms
and conditions. Once you return your goods, we will cancel
your contract and refund the 1st months access charge you may have
incurred during that time, plus if applicable, refund the purchase
price of your modem.
Additional charges such as subscription charges covering the period you were connected, excess data usage and any charges relating to text and /or roaming will not be refunded.
