Archived Terms - Piggy Sue the Prize Pig Christmas Competition 2016
- Entry is open to the following Vodafone NZ customers aged 18 or over:
- Prepay Customers: Active prepay customers on My Flex Prepay, A Kiwi Favourite $19, Big Data Bundle $28, Mates Prepay, Pay & Go, International Plans, Prepay $9, Prepay Carry Over $19, Prepay Carry Over $29, Vodafone X, Prepay Smart, Freebees Talk and Freebees Data, who have topped up at least once in the last 30 days.
- On Account Customers: Current On Account consumer mobile customers except those on Mobile Broadband, Mobile Data, TXT only, Free2Call, Biz Mobile, Biz Data and Invitation mobile plans.
- Fixed and Broadband Customers: All Broadband, dial up and home phone customers except prepay calling card and toll only customers. Entry is not open to Vodafone Business customers.
- The Promotion starts on Monday 12 December 2016 at 8am and closes on Sunday 8 January 2017 at midnight.
- To enter this competition you must have correctly entered and submitted your details in the online competition entry form at vodafone.co.nz/prizepig. By doing so you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
- Vodafone may check that entries are valid and can disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including submitting an entry that breaches these terms.
- Customers should select their top 3 prizes from a selection of 21 prizes on offer, and can enter the competition as many times as they want. The 21 prizes are:
- Double pass to the movies every month for a year – 12 double passes to eligible HOYTS cinemas in NZ. There is one prize to be won. Participating cinemas are HOYTS Northlands, HOYTS Hibiscus Coast, HOYTS Wairau Park, BERKELEY Takapuna, BERKELEY Mission Bay, Sylvia Park (LUX), Botany Downs (LUX), METRO BY HOYTS Hamilton, Te Awa (LUX) and HOYTS Riccarton.

- Unlimited Broadband Naked Data, free for 12 months – 5 to be won. – Enjoy worry-free Unlimited Broadband data at home. Home phone line not included. If you win this, you'll need to take it up by 28 February 2016 (and accept all relevant Vodafone terms). If you're with another provider for your broadband, you will be responsible for any outstanding charges/obligations to that provider (including any early termination charges). Vodafone will only be responsible for paying the base monthly fee for your Unlimited Broadband Naked Data plan for 12 months. The winner will be invoiced for, and required to pay, any additional charges (for example, any home phone line or calling). After 12 months, your Unlimited Broadband Data plan will revert to the then current in-market price unless you change plans or terminate the plan before the end of the 12 months. - There will be 21 separate prize draws, one for each of the prizes listed above, and each prize selection will be entered into the relevant draw. None of the prizes listed above include flights, accommodation, transport or any other additional features except for where stated in the prize description.
- The prize draws will be conducted on Monday 9 January 2017. The first valid entry drawn in each of the 21 prize draws will win the relevant prize. For the Huawei smartphones, Samsung Galaxy S7 smartphones, Smart Speed smartphones, JBL Pulse speakers, Red+ mobile plans and the Unlimited Broadband Data plans where there is more than one of each prize to be won, the next valid entries drawn will also win the relevant prize until all prizes in that draw have been allocated.
- The winners will be notified by phone or email. If three reasonable attempts to contact the winner have been made within 2 days after the draw and the winner is still unavailable, or the winner is unable to use the prize, the prize will be forfeited and Vodafone will randomly choose another winner from all the entries in the relevant prize draw.
- The winners and any guests may be required to participate in publicity as a result of this promotion.
- By entering this competition you consent to receive the latest news, special offers, promotions and information from Vodafone by email, TXT or other channels from time to time. If at any stage you do not want to receive this information then please let us know.
- By entering the competition you are deemed to have accepted these terms. Winner’s guests may be required to accept these terms in order to participate in the prize.
- Prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.
- Vodafone is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- All entries become the property of Vodafone.
- In the event of any dispute, Vodafone’s decision is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Vodafone can substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
- Vodafone reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend this promotion at any time.
- Information published by Vodafone on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms. Any entry not complying with these Terms is invalid.
