Terms and Conditions
Information published by Vodafone New Zealand Limited (“Promoter”) on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
Voting is open to anyone globally, however residents of New Zealand aged 16 and above (“Eligible Entrant”) only are eligible for the prize draw.
The promotion commences on 31st March 2014 and closes 22 April 2014 at 9am (NZ Time) (“Promotion Period”). Votes must have been received by the Promoter by the end of the Promotion Period to be counted and entered into the prize draw.
To vote, TXT 787 with the name of one of the twelve Vodafone People’s Choice Finalists together with your email address. Alternatively, you can vote online if you Vodafone Pacific Music Awards Website
TXT voting is free for Vodafone customers (TXTing from a mobile connected to the Vodafone network. For all other voters, their standard network charges apply.
Voting/entry is limited to one per person/Eligible Entrant.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of votes/entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the voting/entry process, including but not limited to making multiple votes/entries or for submitting a vote/entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
All Eligible Entrants will automatically be entered into the following competitions:
Daily prize draw to win two tickets to the Vodafone Pacific Music Awards – value $50.00(NZD).
Final prize draw to win 4 VIP tickets to the Awards and a limo pick up / drop off from anywhere in the greater Auckland region. Residents from outside the Auckland region will also be provided with flights and one night’s accommodation 2 x (twin share) of the Promoter’s choice in Auckland on 8th May 2014 (“Prize”).
The winner(s) will be responsible for all other costs associated with accepting and using the Prize.
The Prize draw will be conducted on 24th April 2013. The first valid entry drawn will win the Prize. If the winner is under 18 years old, the winner must take a parent or guardian to the Awards. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email. If three reasonable attempts to contact the winner have been made within 24 hours after the draw and the winner is still unavailable, the Prize will be forfeited and another winner will be randomly chosen.
By entering this promotion you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
Prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stipulated.
Prize value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any components of the Prize.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. The winner authorises the Promoter to publish their name and city of residence.
Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner should look to the manufacturer/provider of products/services awarded as prizes for all warranties. However, these terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ)) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void.
Vodafone reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend this promotion at any time.
