Terms - Free Call NZ for Life of Plan

  1. Free Call NZ for the life of plan is only available to selected customers who sign up to Unlimited Broadband data and home phone plan on a 12month term.
  2. If you change to another plan you will no longer receive Call NZ for free.
  3. For Call NZ, calls to national landlines are zero-rated for up to three hours at any time. Calls in excess of the three hour per call cap will be charged on a per minute basis thereafter in accordance with your calling plan.
  4. For calls not included in your calling add-on the standard per minute landline and mobile rate apply. Calls to NZ landlines are 26 cents per minute and calls to NZ mobiles are 39 cents per minute (per minute rates are subject to change).

  6. If you're calling an overseas mobile (unless a special mobile rate is listed on the One NZ website) it will cost the same as the normal country rate.
  7. If you dial 059 or 0161 to access Spark's network before making a call from your One NZ home phone you'll be charged at Spark's retail rates. Special numbers, 0900, 059, 0161, directory assisted calls, calling card access numbers and audio conferencing calls are also not included in your calling plan and will be charged in addition to your calling add-on.
  8. There is a one minute minimum charge for fixed line calls. All calls are rounded up and charged by the minute.
  9. Some calling add-ons are not available in conjunction with other calling add-ons.
