Additional calling costs

• Calls to any NZ mobile cost 36c per minute
• Calls to national landline cost 20c per minute and capped at $2.50 (for two hours)
• Calls to directory assist (018) are 50c per call. To directly connect to the number received by directory assist, another 50c will be charged. Standard per minute call charges will then apply.

• Extra MB : It's easy to overshoot your data limit. But rather than step down to dial-up speed, for $10 and we'll reset your counter. So if you hit the gigabyte limit on your Pro plan, for example, we deduct $10 from your account and you can use your data bundle all over again. If you hit the limit a second time, we'll keep you on full throttle and charge 50c for each extra MB.
