If your Home Phone Wireless service isn't working correctly either visit your nearest Vodafone retail store or call 0800 189 189.
If you have bought a product through the Vodafone online shop and find that it's faulty please contact us on 0800 837 867 between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) or see our online shop returns process below.
If the faults found are not covered by your warranty, (e.g. damaged by customer) you will then be charged the recommended retail price for your replacement device.
