Modem

If you don't already have a broadband (ADSL) modem, you can get one from us from just $49.95. Both our ADSL2+ modems (standard and wireless) come with a set up wizard for easy installation so you just need to choose which one will suit you best.

Connection & wiring

Once you have confirmed that you can get broadband and have the right hardware you need to choose how to get connected. There are two different options - connection only ($99) and connection & wiring ($248). It will depend on your individual set up which option you'll require.

Home phone set up

If you're moving an existing home phone service to us then there's no set up costs – it's free. However if you're connecting a line that isn't currently active or require a brand new connection then additional set up costs will apply.
