If you want the flexibility of a no-term contract, you can select the No Promotion option during signup. This means you'll need to pay for any connection costs and hardware you purchase to get set up.
Once you have confirmed that you can get broadband and have the right hardware you need to choose how to get connected. There are two different options - connection only ($101.20) and connection & wiring ($253.52). It will depend on your individual set up which option you'll require.
On a 12 month term you'll get the standard broadband connection for free or $101.20 off connection and wiring. Terms of this offer.
You will have the option to choose what's right for you when you sign up for a broadband and home phone pack.
If you're moving an existing home phone service to us then there's no set up costs - its free. However if you're connecting a line that isn't currently active or require a brand new connection then additional set up costs will apply.
