About your delivery and what to do if your order hasn't arrived
Your order will take no more than 3 working days to reach you. If you placed your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it might take an extra day or two to arrive as we process these orders on the next business day.
Make a purchase of more than $99 (including GST) from our Online Shop and we will deliver it free of charge right to your door anywhere in New Zealand.
If your order total is $99.00 or less (including GST) our standard delivery charge of $7.10 will apply.
Purchases of Prepay Connection packs also receive free delivery.
To ensure safe delivery, we use the CourierPost Track and Trace service. Please give us an address where someone will be home to sign for the delivery between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
We can’t deliver to a post box, private bag, hotel, motel or hostel. If no one is home to sign for the delivery, CourierPost will leave a card with details on how to organise redelivery
If CourierPost do not hear from you before the weekend, they will attempt redelivery of the order on the Saturday of that week. If the second delivery attempt has failed, CourierPost will hold the order until the following Friday and then return the items back to us if no contact has been made by you.

If your order hasn’t arrived and you haven't heard from us for more than two working days then feel free to give us a call on 0800 837 867 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) to check your order's status (please have your order number handy).
If you missed the courier and lost the calling card, give CourierPost a call on 0800 COURIER (0800 268 743). You will need to have your tracking number (included in your Dispatch email) handy so they can trace your delivery.
