If you’re using a vodem, you can use dashboard software to track your usage. Choose the option that applies to you below

How to check your balance using Windows software

On Account - free TXT 'BAL' to 777, as you would normally to get your mobile balance

1. Select the Vodafone SMS icon from your desktop

2. Select 'New' to create a new message

3. Enter 777 into the 'To' field then enter BAL into the box below

4. Select 'Send' - Account information will appear as a pop up down the bottom right corner of your computer screen and notification message will be stored in your Vodafone SMS Inbox

How to check your balance using Mac OS software

On Account - free TXT 'BAL' to 777, as you would normally to get your mobile balance

1. The Vodafone Mobile Connect software will automatically load once your mobile broadband device is inserted

2. Select the envelope (message) icon from the lower left of the dashboard

3. Select 'New SMS' to create a new TXT message

4. Enter 777 into the 'To' field then enter BAL into the box below

5. Select 'Send' – Account information will appear as a pop up on your computer screen and notification message will be stored in your Vodafone SMS Inbox

Please note: you will need software Vodafone Mobile Connect for Mac version 3.04.10 or above to be able to use TXT messaging

How to check your balance using Vodafone Mobile Connect software

If using one of our Mobile Broadband devices you can set the usage meter according to your bill cycle date. This will give you indicative usage only and you should refer to your bill for final usage amounts.
 
Setting usage meter to match your bill cycle (MS Windows only):
 
1. Open your Mobile Connect software by selecting the Vodafone Mobile Connect icon on your computer desktop
 
2. Dependent on which Vodafone Mobile Connect software version you are using either Select 'Usage' from the Settings menu, select the correct date to match your bill cycle from the drop down menu and select 'OK' or
 
3. Select 'Usage' from the side menu then select 'Preferences' and from the dropdown box select the date to match you bill cycle
