If you've already set up a monthly direct debit, direct credit or credit card payment, you don't need to change a thing.

It's easy to pay your bill on time. Just set up an automatic payment from your bank account or credit card and we'll deduct the amount owing each month on the due date. You'll get your bill before payment is due, so you can check it before any payment is made.

Sign in to My Vodafone and select 'Payment Options' from the navigation.

If you have a Visa, Visa Debit Card or MasterCard, call us from your Vodafone mobile on 777 and follow the prompts.
Sign in to your bank's website and follow the online prompts. We're registered with most major banks so Vodafone may be available for selection in the payee list. Allow a minimum of 2 working days for the payment to appear on your account.
Take your bill to any NZ Post shop and pay by cash, EFTPOS or cheque. Please make sure you take your most current bill with you.
Send us a cheque in the envelope provided with your bill. Write your Vodafone mobile number on the back of your cheque and enclose the tear-off payment advice from your bill. Post to: Vodafone, PO Box 90112, Victoria Street West, Auckland 1142.
Like many telecommunications companies, we charge for your monthly plan in advance and your usage in arrears. This means your first bill is likely to be larger than normal, because it may include a part-month charge for the first month, and a full-month charge for the next month. It also means you may receive a bill when you’ve only been a customer for a few days.

If you have forgotten to pay your Vodafone bill before the due date or your direct debit payment on your credit card failed, please call customer service on 777 immediately and we’ll talk to you through your payment options.
If something has changed and you’re having trouble paying your Vodafone bill, call customer service on 777 so we can discuss payment options with you.
If you have received a much larger Vodafone bill than you expected please call customer service on 777 immediately so we can discuss a solution with you
If you paid your Vodafone bill but you can’t see the payment in My Vodafone or on your latest bill please call customer service on 0800 438 448777. You’ll need to have the following information handy when you call:
Most people pay their bill when it's due. However, when people miss payments the cost for us to chase overdue bills is substantial. To help recover these costs a late payment fee is applied to all overdue mobile, landline and internet bills.
This means if your payment is late you will see a $10 ($8.70 excl GST) late payment fee on your next month's bill. If your bill has a TCL reference in the top right hand corner, you may see a $15 late payment fee.
The easiest way to avoid late payment fees is to arrange to pay your bill by direct debit. You can set this up in My Vodafone, or by posting us a completed direct debit form.
