MY SKY

You must have:

• Naked Broadband, Ideal or Ultimate broadband & home phone packs with Vodafone, and
• Your SKY account with Vodafone - you can transfer your SKY account here or set up a new SKY account.

If you're not a Vodafone home phone or broadband customer

Sign up to Naked Broadband, Ideal Pack or Ultimate Pack. You will automatically get the SKY upgrade offer if you choose the MY SKY HDi or MY SKY+ (monthly) decoder option.

• If you don't have SKY, you can subscribe and add MY SKY HDi or MY SKY+ (monthly option)
• If you already have SKY, move it to us and upgrade to MY SKY HDi or MY SKY+ (monthly option) if you don't already have it.

If you're already a Vodafone broadband customer

Simply sign in to My Account with your broadband username and password. Check you are on Naked Broadband, Ideal Pack or Ultimate Pack. Click "SKY with Vodafone" from the left hand menu.

• If you don't have SKY, you can subscribe and add MY SKY HDi or MY SKY+ (monthly option)
• If you already have SKY, move it to us and upgrade to MY SKY HDi or MY SKY+ (monthly option) if you don't already have it.
• If you already have a MY SKY HDi decoder, you can upgrade it to a MY SKY+ decoder in My Account
