You need different size SIM cards depending on your mobile phone.
If you are in a genuine emergency, dial 111 from your mobile or landline. An operator will ask you whether you require the police, fire or ambulance service. Tell the operator which service you need and they will direct your call. Vodafone will provide your phone number and address (where known) to assist emergency services getting to you.
You should only dial 111 in a real emergency to ensure help is given first to those who genuinely need emergency assistance.
Vodafone also supports dialling 112, 911 and 000 to reach emergency services.
