Since joining Vodafone I have been involved in some amazing programmes across the organisation. One of these programmes gave me the opportunity of being on the Customer Care selection team for the annual intake of Graduates in 2006. It was a great experience; I was amazed at how much talent we have out there and it was great to meet these young, talented individuals who just blew me away. The most rewarding part was that I was in the team who selected this talent and provided them with their first step on the corporate ladder. Which led to me volunteering as a graduate coach (AWESOME!) and providing professional and personal support and guidance to a very talented young graduate. This experience made me realise that I could share my passion of coaching and mentoring with others, and currently I am coaching 3 Vodafone employees within different aspects of their professional lives and I absolutely love it. It's great to work for a global brand like Vodafone who really supports and encourages everyone to seek out people across the organisation who want to have coaches and mentors.
Vodafone has given me the opportunity to experience living and working in an amazing part of the world. I have had many great work experiences and now work in a part of the business I never imagined I would and continue to feel part of a winning team.
