The Service Operations team that I manage is responsible for the day to day technical management and implementation of new Services for Vodafone customers; these include Prepay, Messaging (Text and PXT), Vlive, Online, Payments systems and a lot more.
When I graduated from University I accepted a role as a technical customer services representative. Since then I have worked as a web producer within Marketing, Project Manager, Service Owner and now a Team Manager. In total 7 roles over the past 8 years. It's always a tough call to stay with one company for such a long period but given the level of change and opportunity that Vodafone provides the choice to stay has been an easy one.
