Favourite moment(s) at Vodafone

Being recognised as a 'Vodafone Legend' in 2002 and celebrating for a week in New Caledonia - that was a real honour and really great memory. Also, launching VF Live for NZ and Australia in 2003 was a huge personal milestone.

How do you help our customers make the most of now?

Customers sign-up with Vodafone for their total communications needs. My job involves ensuring that our technology and our people deliver on our promise - to provide simple and reliable services that our customers can trust. There is a huge amount of complexity within our technical solutions, supplier relationships and processes. It is my job to ensure that the right processes, people and environment exist to deliver 'impressively reliable service'.

What are you a part of at Vodafone?

I'm part of a very ambitious yet supportive team. A team that demands the best from itself and its suppliers. A team that is proud of past successes, but always striving to be better.

How can you be your possibility at Vodafone?

There is just a world of possibilities with Vodafone. I've probably had 7 or 8 different roles in the time I've been here. I've also worked in Europe for the Global Products & Services Group and experienced an incredible diversity of situations. I really enjoy the challenge and opportunity that exists here.
