Contact Centre Manager, Customer Service Mobile

Vodafone since: April 2001

Vodafone is truly a place where you have the ability to express who you are, both professionally and on a personal basis. I've had so many amazing opportunities to learn and grow and the people here - particularly within the call centre, for me, is what makes this place so fantastic.

How can you be your possibility at Vodafone?

When I was interviewed for my first role as a CSR I was asked where I'd like to be in 5 years. I said I wanted to be a team leader. I achieved that and now I am the Contact Centre Manager, Customer Service Mobile. Who would've thought? I'm loving it... I'm still loving it!!!
