Favourite moment(s) at Vodafone

There have been several favourite moments, was it one of the following:

  • Brand Jam - we were able to attend the recording studio of Op Shop. We even recorded a song with them
  • Opening up the lift doors and seeing free waxing and manicures being offered in the main reception area
  • Sales Conference in Taupo, once again we had Op Shop as the entertainment
  • Or was it hosting the English cricket team at the Auckland corporate day

There is never a dull moment, even to the point where we have had a Mexican band play banjo at my desk!

How do you help our customers make the most of now?

My day consists of face to face contact with my customers on a regular basis. As part of my role it is my responsibility to update my customers' on our road map technology and new business initiates which aligns with their strategic business goals. Negotiations of contracts is also key to this role.

Listening to customers needs and building strong strategic relationships with both internal peers and external customers is also part of my day to day role.

What are you a part of at Vodafone?

Since I have been at Vodafone I have been involved in Round the Bays and also was involved in a customer service team for Run Auckland.

How can you be your possibility at Vodafone?

In the short time I have been at Vodafone, I have already had a new opportunity, having recently accepted a role in Wellington as an Account Director looking after some of Vodafone's government customers.
