One would definitely be the legends award in Hawaii 2004. An amazing trip with amazing people from the Asia Pacific regions.
I design and deploy the training for our people, with the goal of ensuring they have effective coaching sessions which make them feel supported in their roles. And that, has a positive flow-on effect for our customers.

I started as a part-time CSR in the After Hours team whilst I was studying for my BEd degree. I was offered a role in the training team after a year and I haven't looked back! I have learnt so many key skills during my time here which have been invaluable and the best thing about it is that I continue to learn every day! I love my job, and my team - which is not confined to my immediate team - I'm talking about the wider Vodafone Team.
