Helping to deliver our business plans to market, whether its across our financial plans; the review of new pricing & propositions; channel engagement etc. With a more internal focus on financial planning & analysis the key priority is on ensuring the business is focussed on optimising value to our customers, our people and to our shareholders – often that means being the unpopular one making the unpopular recommendations!!
I'm a business mentor for several people in Vodafone. We have so many talented, passionate people that are committed to delivering unbeatable customer experience. Its essential we put the time in to help guide and develop them, they're the future leaders of the business.
I've been with Vodafone for 4 years and this is my third role. The global career opportunities with this company are endless for those that are looking for challenge and growth.
