Heroes awards recognise outstanding performance and behaviours that deliver great business results aligned to our strategy and values. They are our role models. Heroes winners are announced at a celebration event every 6 months.
Legends awards recognise Vodafone people who consistently demonstrate the Vodafone Way in everything they say and do and deliver the business results we need. Every year approximately 25 of our people are selected to participate in the 'reward experience' involving a fully paid trip with their partner to an overseas location.
Chillies awards are an online 'thank you' to recognise great performance every day. Our people identify above and beyond performance and can nominate rewards through the chilli online award system.
