VoIP stands for Voice over Internet Protocol and is a reliable, cost effective alternative to a traditional landline. VoIP works by converting phone calls into a digital signal so it can be sent via the Internet rather than a landline.

• Your Vodafone Easy Office package includes 2 calling lines
• Calls to local and national landlines, and Vodafone mobiles included
• Mobile calling Add-Ons available for calls to mobiles on other NZ networks
• You can keep your existing phone and fax numbers
• Most standard phones can be used so you should be able to use your existing equipment (IP phones aren't supported)

The Easy Office service line uses your installed or existing landline (PSTN).

• Supports standard Fax, EFTPOS and PSTN capable monitored alarms
• Includes local and national calls (so Fax and EFTPOS call charges within NZ are covered)

Note: Mobile or International calls made on the service line will be charged at Business Tolls Plus calling rates. Call features are available on the service line at standard rates if required.

• Voice calls made via the Internet are zero rated so there is no impact on your data allowance
• A data Add-On of 30GB is available and can be bought as a one-off or every month
• Broadband data used above your plan or Add-On allowance will be charged at $1.78 per GB

Web services include

• 1 NZ domain name*
• 10 Vodafone email addresses
• 30MB of webspace

*The Domain registration fee ($44.98) is included in the first year. After that, you pay the standard fee.

Vodafone Easy Office Modem includes

• 2 splitters
• 2 phone jacks
• 24 month warranty

Standard

• Phones plug directly into the modem using an existing jackpoint.
• Excludes additional wiring or cabling.

Advanced

• Includes cabling and patching to make existing jackpoints work with Easy Office.
• Includes reorganisation of existing cabling.
• Excludes additional structured cabling if required.

What does additional structured cabling mean?

Where your existing set up does not support phone connections at more than one location within your office, additional structured cabling (or additional jack points) will be required. A technician will advise a quote for any additional structured cabling required prior to installing Easy Office

Alternatively, Easy Office can be used with cordless phones.

• Fixed broadband is required to use Vodafone Easy Office due to VoIP components in the package
• The speed and quality of VoIP and broadband may vary. Find out about broadband speed & coverage in your area
• All prices are ex GST

If you dont have an existing broadband connection, you will be charged a connection and wiring fee of $220.45 ex GST when Vodafone Easy Office is setup. Additional charges may apply for cabling work. These are to be agreed to at the time of signup.

Connection and Wiring (optional - $220.45 ex GST).

With this option a technician will come to your house or office and wire up a special jackpoint for your broadband connection.

You may need connection and wiring if the broadband signal to your office isn't strong enough, or if you have not had a broadband service at your premises previously. There are a number of technical factors that influence the speed of your broadband service and internal wiring is one of these. Having a qualified technician install your broadband wiring will ensure that the maximum speed is available to you within your building.
